1. Introduction

Welcome to 40bet, an internationally operated online betting and casino platform serving players across Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 40bet governing your use of all features and services available on this platform. By creating an account, accessing any section of the site, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 40bet platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. To open an account and participate in any betting or casino activity on 40bet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your membership:

KYC Verification

Each customer is entitled to hold one active account only. If 40bet detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all linked accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances may be voided pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

40bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported local payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international methods such as Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account area.

Deposit Policy

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 40bet account instantly, subject to payment provider processing times. 40bet is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.
• 40bet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposited funds as part of its fraud prevention and AML compliance procedures.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as per our security and anti-fraud policy.
• 40bet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms pending a full internal investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

40bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Each promotion is limited to one participation per player, per household, and per device. Bonus stacking (claiming multiple simultaneous welcome bonuses) is not permitted.
• 40bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation is found, 40bet reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the account.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 40bet — whether on sports markets such as cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, tennis, football, or on casino games including slots, live casino, and crash games — are governed by 40bet's official game and betting rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. By placing any wager, you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the outcome of results determined by our certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and live game providers.

General Betting Conditions

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where 40bet expressly provides an in-play cash-out feature.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or miscalculation of odds, 40bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• 40bet's decisions on game results, disputed outcomes, and rule interpretations are final and binding. All decisions are made in good faith in accordance with established gaming practices.

7. Responsible Gaming

40bet is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, and we actively support players who may need assistance in managing their gaming activity. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players on 40bet:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

8. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the 40bet platform for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will be subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the 40bet platform in any way not intended for human users.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

40bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, bonus abuse, or money laundering, pending the outcome of an internal or external investigation.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player. Players wishing to close their account should contact the 40bet support team. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after all applicable checks are completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 40bet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 40bet platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.

40bet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data displayed, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Use of the 40bet platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to Terms

40bet reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms is always available on this page and is identified by the 'Last updated' date at the top of the document. We will endeavour to provide notice of material changes via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the 40bet platform, but are not obligated to do so for minor updates.

Your continued use of the 40bet platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 40bet operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 40bet platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
